NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT

A NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT IS TO BE MADE VIA VENMO OR CASH APP BEFORE BEING QUALIFIED TO SCHEDULE YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT.  THIS DEPOSIT IS

NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE IF YOU AREN'T ABLE TO MAKE IT TO YOUR ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DATE. THIS $50 WILL BE CREDITED TOWARDS YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU WILL ONLY BE ASKED TO PAY THE BALANCE.

RESCHEDULING FEE

A $20 RESCHEDULING FEE WILL BE ADDED ONTO ANY APPOINTMENT THAT IS RESCHEDULED LESS THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCED.  IF YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND DO SO MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCED, THE RESCHEDULING FEE WILL NOT PERTAIN TO YOU.

SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING FEE

IF YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY $50 OR 50% OFF THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED SERVICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.  AFTER THAT FEE IS PAID IN FULL, WE CAN LOOK AT DATES TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT AND HAVE ALREADY PLACED DOWN A $50 DEPOSIT, THAT WILL NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF THE SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING FEE, YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY THE SAME-DAY RESCHEDULING FEE IN ADDITION TO YOUR ALREADY PLACED NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE

A CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE WILL BE ADDED TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO CANCEL THEIR APPOINTMENT THE DAY OF OR SIMPLY FAILS TO SHOW UP. THIS FEE IS $50 OR 50% OF THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED SERVICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT AND HAVE ALREADY PLACED DOWN A $50 DEPOSIT, THAT WILL NOT TAKE THE PLACE OF THE CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE, YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PAY THE CANCELLATION-NO-SHOW FEE IN ADDITION TO YOUR ALREADY PLACED NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT.

IF THIS FEE IS IGNORED, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK ANY SERVICES WITH KAI LASH STUDIOS IN THE FUTURE.

LATE FEE

A $20 LATE FEE IS ADDED TO ANY APPOINTMENT THAT ARRIVES 10 MINUTES OR MORE LATE.  AFTER 30 MINUTES, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED AND THEN THE CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO FOLLOW CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW FEE PROTOCOL.
